“Only one life, it will soon be past and only what’s done for Christ will last”, is the saying of a minister of Lord Jesus Christ.

I, Pastor R.Isaiah was born in 1950 at Dohnavur, where missionary Amy Carmichael stayed; and ministered. I was saved in 1968 at Madurai by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ; Then I had the privilege of staying with Bro.Paul Arulmoney at M.G.R Nagar, Chennai who founded Believers’ Gospel Fellowship.

Sunday School Teacher

In 1969 I had the privilege of starting a Sunday School Ministry with just two children in M.G.R Nagar Chennai 600078. Soon by the grace of Jesus Christ; it multiplied to seventy students in 1973 with four Sunday School teachers; God blessed the ministry. This was my first ever ministry in the service of our Lord Jesus in the Believers’ Gospel Fellowship apart from the street preaching with the founder and believers in the fellowship.

Youth Leader

With a great burden for souls, I met the youth at my working place (VG Panneerdas & Co., Saidapet) and the Lord saved a few souls there in 1972. We prayed as a group at midday. Some of the people who attended the prayer group are now evangelists and had different ministries. God has blessed that ministry! Praise God!!

Lay Preacher

As a young man staying in the house of the founder of the Believers’ Gospel Fellowship, I had the privilege of assisting Bro.Paul Arulmony as a lay preacher in the fellowship. God blessed the ministry and raised up many lay preachers, and have branch churches at Gudapakkam village. Kottamedu Village and Ministries in Mambalam.

Church Minister

Then, I received the calling of the Lord to be a Pastor in the Believers’ Gospel Fellowship. The founder invited me to Pastor the Kottamedu village church in 1974, God blessed our local Kottamedu church ministries. Thank God for His faithfulness!

Answering the call of the Lord, I stepped out as a full time minister in 1976. God blessed our Kottamedu church, in the midst of many adversities thrown at us by the devil and the world system. One of the believers took charge of the Church and became an ordained Pastor in 1992 and now he has some branch churches. I got married in the year 1980 and God blessed us.
